I have a love affair with this place and seriously, if you’ve been there, you completely understand so when Mark and Rachel asked for an adventure session, I thought it perfect to give them the Kananaskis Lakes Mountain Engagement Session experience.

I met these two after being referred by another one of my wedding couples (thank you Mark and Laura) earlier last year and I have to admit, there is nothing better in the world than word of mouth referrals. It’s pretty amazing to connect with a couple so when one refers you to their closest friends, it feels as if there is this trust built there already that just makes everything so seamless and comfortable. It was no different with these two. Without sounding shallow, I might have done a little dance when I saw these two walk into the coffee shop for our consult. We had that energy that felt like we’ve known each other forever. Our Engagement Session was magic. It was the most perfect summer evening. We waited until the bitter end and watched the sun set and the moon rise. I had so much fun that I kinda forgot that I was working. I can’t remember laughing that hard in my life. Especially when these two started a twerking competition. Yup you read that right, a twerking competition. I can’t wait for your 2020 wedding!
