This stunning venue in Lethbridge, Alberta has been on my photography bucket list for quite some time so I was absolutely elated when Sharon and Jack chose to have their gorgeous summer wedding at The Norland Historic Estate.

Secluded on nine acres of beautifully landscaped grounds, The Norland Historic Estate is perfect for a wedding. On the estate stands a southern style colonial mansion. Built in 1910 originally as a residence, this historic hidden gem has been preserved amongst manicured lawns, gardens, and mature trees. It literally feels straight out of a movie. Being able to stay on one property throughout the entire day allows the wedding to run so smoothly.

I met Sharon and Jack at the wedding of their close friends in 2019 and since then, I have had the honour of documenting multiple weddings from this amazing group of people. Documenting a wedding where you already know so many of the family and friends is extra special and these two made me feel so included on their day. Love feeling like one of the crew!

There were so many personal touches from the couple doing personal vows to each other in private before the ceremony to including their boy Thor in every aspect of their wedding day. The banquet room for the reception was gorgeous with big windows letting in stunning natural light and greenery from the outdoors. The couple opted for their first dance outside on the terrace under twinkling lights and again, it was perfect!

Thank you gorgeous friends for an epic adventure to Lethbridge and allowing me to check off another bucket list venue with The Norland Historic Estate.
