It’s a pretty great day when talented wedding dress designer Nicole Rita Tomney of NRT Fashions tells you that your photography hit her wedding vibe exactly in this downtown Calgary Urban Bridal Portrait Editorial.

I’ve had the amazing opportunity to collaborate with this talented powerhouse for many creative sessions this year and it’s been a dream come true. Her wedding gowns are exquisite. There is so much attention to the fine details and each dress is literally a piece of art created for that one special bride. Finding your dream gown can however be very stressful.

After all, your dress sets the tone for the wedding as a whole. What does your dream dress look like? Between A-line, Ballgown, Tea Length, Trumpet, or the stunning Mermaid dress that Nicole herself modelled for this Urban Bridal Portrait Session, the options are endless. Are you the bride who’s dream look is a regal ballgown or do you prefer to draw attention to your curves with a sexy sheath gown? I find it funny how many brides have never actually sat down in their wedding gowns until the actual big day.
